Day 1:
Arrival to Cairo airport, our representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage. From the airport you will be escorted & transferred by a private A/C car to your hotel the Luxurious "Mena House Oberoi Hotel & Casino" for overnight in Cairo.

Day 2:
Breakfast, then drive to Memphis at the edge of the western desert, the capital of the ancient kingdom, and one of the most important cities throughout the history of ancient Egypt.  From here we drive to Sakkara, the vast necropolis of ancient Memphis.  In the afternoon, drive to the Pyramids of Giza.  Cheops Pyramid, the largest of the three, was built in the 3rd Dynasty about 2690 BC, and is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.  Enjoy a camel ride by the pyramids area if you wish.  In front of the Pyramids of Chephren, we find the Sphinx carved from a single piece of stone.  It is a lion with a Pharaoh's head thought to be a portrait of the Pharaoh Chephren.  Continue your tour to the Solar Boat Museum where a dismantled river barge of King Cheops was found and has been beautifully re-assembled.  Return to your hotel.  PM  You will be met and transferred by our tour escort to the Giza Plateau to attend the magnificent Sound and Light Show.  Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight.  (B)

Day 3:
After breakfast, a tour to visit the Egyptian Museum which contains the fabulous treasures of Tut-Ankamon specially the solid golden masque and the golden coffer then proceed to the old city of Cairo to visit the Hanging church, then proceed to visit the citadel of  Saladin and Mohamed Ali mosque in the late after noon visit to the famous Khan El Khalili market. (Optional Dinner Cruise) including transportation, dinner, Belly Dancer, Tanura Show, Horse show.
Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight.  (B)

Day 4:

Breakfast, then you will be met and transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Abu-Simbel Airport, you will be transferred to visit the Great Temple, hewn in the rock, with the four colossal seated status of the king in front of the entrance, it was dedicated to Amun-Ra, the Horakkhti, and Ramses II.  Then visit Kings Wife Temple which was threatened by the waters on the completion of the Aswan High Dam have been preserved by International Action organized by "Unesco".  All of the parts of the temple (statues, inscribed slabs, etc.) have been rebuilt on a plateau above the former site.  Later transfer to the Nefertari Hotel in Abu-Simbel.  Balance of the day at leisure.  Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight.   (B, L, D)

Day 5:

Early breakfast and a wonderful opportunity to see the sunrise at the Abu-Simbel Temples.  Later transfer to Abu-Simbel Airport for your flight to Aswan.  Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel, the luxurious Old Cataract Hotel for check-in. Later visit the newly opened Nubian Museum which de-scribes the Nubian history from past to present time including some Coptic and Islamic art as well. Continue your tour visiting the Nubian village, including a special visit to a Nubian home. There you will be served tea and have a short social discussion with the locals and notice their way of life.  Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight.  (B)

Day 6:

Breakfast, then you will be met and transferred to embark your top deluxe cruise ship for a 4 night classical Nile cruise. Later you will visit by "Felucca" the Elephantine Island, the Mausoleum of Agha Khan and the Botanical Gardens. Lunch, dinner and overnight on board ship. (B, L, D)

Day 7:

Breakfast, then visit the Unfinished Obelisk and the ancient Granite Quarries, and the High Dam. Lunch, then cruise to Kom-Ombo. Visit the Ptolemaic Temple of Kom-Ombo, which was dedicated to two gods: the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Haroeris. Sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board. (B, L, D)

Day 8:

Breakfast, then visit the Temples of Horus (237 BC), the best preserved Egyptian temple in existence. Lunch. Sail to Esna and visit the Temple of Khnum. Continue to Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board ship. (B, L, D)

Day 9:

Breakfast, then cross the Nile to visit the necropolis of Ancient Thebes. Explore the Valleys of the Kings and Queens where tombs of 64 Pharaohs and 57 Queens have been discovered, and enter some of the most important burials. Visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch. Afternoon visit the Temple of Karnak, which took over 1500 years to build and is considered the world's largest religious complex. Then visit the Temple of Luxor, which was started by Amenhotep III, and completed by Ramses II. Dinner on board ship. (B, L, D)

Day 10:

Breakfast, then disembark your cruise ship, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The Old Winter Palace hotel. Later you will be met by your tour guide and transferred to visit the Tomb of the Nobles, the Seti First Tomb and the King Tut Tomb. Transfer back to your hotel. P.M. You will be met and transferred to attend the magnificent Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temple. Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight. (B)

Day 11:

Breakfast, then transfer to Luxor airport for your flight to Sharm-El-Sheikh. Upon arrival at Sharm, you will be transferred to the Hyatt Regency Sharm Hotel. Remainder of day at leisure for swimming, snorkeling, diving or just relaxing by your hotel pool or private beach. Overnight (B)

Day 12:

Breakfast and a day at leisure for swimming, diving and snorkeling.  PM  You will be met and transferred by car to the Sinai Desert.   From the desert road we will take camels to meet the Bedouins.  Experience the Bedouin hospitality, a dinner will be barbecued and served in front of you at a canyon in a Bedouin tent surrounded by the stars.  Traveling and dining in the desert with the Bedouins will make you relive the adventure of Lawrence of Arabia.  Later transfer back to your hotel for an overnight.  (B,D)

Day 13:

Breakfast and a day at leisure for swimming, diving or snorkeling. Late afternoon proceed to St. Catherine. Arrive St. Catherine and transfer to the St. Catherine Village. A choice of a 3-hour climb to the top of Mount Sinai is available, if you wish to see a spectacular sunrise as well as view the Red Sea and the Saudi Arabian border. The recommended time to start the climb of the 3,750 steps is at 2:00 A.M. in order to arrive at the summit for a spectacular sunrise around 5:00 A.M. (You must be physically fit and healthy in order for you to do the 3-hour mountain climb.) (B,D)

Day 14:

Breakfast, then visit St. Catherine Monastery built by Emperor Justinian during the 6th century. The site sits at the foot of Mount Sinai, where Moses is believed to have received the Ten Commandments. Visit the churches, gardens and the living quarters of the monks who operate it. Some of your highlights will be the actual Burning Bush Shrub that grows nowhere else in the world. The Monastery owns more than 2,000 Byzantine icons, many of which are displayed in the main Church of the Transfiguration. The Monastery also has a priceless collection of more than 4,500 manuscripts including the world's second oldest Bible. Walk in the same foot steps where Pope John-Paul II did when he visited Egypt in February of 2000. Return to your Hotel for check-out, drive back to Cairo, 3 hours drive. Check-in at the luxurious Cairo Marriott Hotel & Casino, for dinner and overnight. (B,L,D)

Day 15:

Breakfast, then start your tour visiting the Gayer Anderson Museum (Bayt Al-Kiridlyyah)  Two houses, one of the 16th century, the other of the 17th, each comfortable by the standards of their time, have been delightfully joined together, both filled with antique furniture.  Continue our tour visiting the Manyal Palace, built in 1826 and it conceals an Ottoman-Baroque fantasy within; an immense marble basin with a marble island in its center.  The palace was built by Prince Muhammad Ali.  From there we continue our tour to visit the Ibn Tulon Mosque which is one of the architectural glories of the Muslim world, completed in the year 879 and covers 8.5 acres of land.  In the afternoon, visit the Islamic Museum that has Islamic art from Egypt, Turkey and Persia dating from 7th to 19th centuries.  From there we continue our tour to visit the Coptic Museum which is built on the site of the Roman fortress of Babylon, constructed about 30 BC.  Inside you will find some of the richest collections of Coptic art in the world.  Later transfer back to your hotel for dinner and overnight.  (B,D)

Day 16:

Breakfast, then transfer from Cairo to Alexandria (about a 3-hour ride). Upon arrival, start your sightseeing by visiting the Greco-Roman Museum, which contains statues, bas reliefs, pottery, jewelry, marble pieces and other artifacts, all of which give you a picture of the grandeur of Alexandria in its Greek and Roman days. Then visit the Roman amphitheater which is the only known Amphitheater from the Roman Era in Egypt. Lunch at a local restaurant to experience the delicious seafood at Alexandria. Continue your tour to the Catacombs of Kom-El-Shouqafa. These tombs are remarkable for their unusual mixture of art styles, sculpture, and reliefs which are images of Egyptian gods. Continue your tour to visit Pompey's Pillar which is a column 98 feet high and 7 feet thick, made of Aswan rose granite erected in 297 AD. Transfer to the Montazah Sheraton Hotel in Alexandria for an overnight. (B,L)

Day 17:

Breakfast and a free day to explore Alexandria's downtown on your own or walk the beaches or go for a swim. In the evening transfer back to Cairo to the Cairo Marriott Hotel & Casino for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

.Day 18:

Breakfast, then drive to Dahshur to visit the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid. The builder of these Pyramids is thought to have been Sneferu, who is believed to have built the Pyramid of Maidum. His son was Cheops (Khufu) who continued his construction tendencies. Continue our tour to the Pyramid of Abu Sir which was constructed during the 5th Dynasty (between 2455 and 2443 BC) by Sahu Ra as his burial tomb. A short distance southeast of Sahu Ra Pyramid, we visit the Mastaba of Ptahshepses which is another Fifth-Dynasty personage. It was built between 2416 and 2392 BC. Transfer back to your hotel for an overnight. (B)

Day 19:

Breakfast at the hotel our representative will transfer you to the airport and assist you at the airport through final departure formalities.
